Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Styled Stock Society LLC (“styledstocksociety.com”), and you, as an Affiliate utilizing the Styled Stock Society affiliate program service AffiliateWP (“You”, “Your”, “Affiliate”).

You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the service as an Affiliate. By signing up for this affiliate program you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

The following agreement is summarized as follows:

• You will earn a 25% commission per sale for each new Styled Stock Society membership that you refer unless otherwise stated.
• Commissions are earned for monthly, quarterly, annual and lifetime memberships only. Referral commissions will not be paid for shop purchases, extended licenses, membership trial payments or non-membership payments.
• Payouts will be made during the first week of each month via PayPal – please ensure the appropriate PayPal email address is associated with your account to ensure payment.
• Any page that contains Styled Stock Society affiliate links, banners, or code must be written in English.
• As a Styled Stock Society Affiliate, you may only have 1 account. Please use the same email as when you signed up for your membership.
• You may place banners or links within your newsletters, in content of your website, or within other web related content.
• You may not refer yourself and receive commission on your own membership.
• You may not SPAM. We will terminate your account on the first offense of SPAMMING. Do not send email to lists or groups that you do not have permission to send to.
• You may not share your affiliate link on coupon sites or promotion aggregator sites.
• Referral commissions will not be awarded if you violate the terms of this agreement.

Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually “refreshing” of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.

AFFILIATE PAYMENT

You will receive a Commission for sending Styled Stock Society LLC authorized sales via your affiliate links. You understand that the payout amount may be changed at any time. This information is also available to you at the Styled Stock Society members’ area. Money credited to your account does not accrue interest.

ADJUSTMENTS
Commission adjustments may be made due to refunds, price adjustments, membership changes, incorrectly tracked referrals.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

Styled Stock Society LLC reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, Styled Stock Society LLC will notify you via e-mail. Further use of any affiliate links indicates that agree to such changes or you may withdraw from the service at any time.

DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by you or others in connection with our Offering(s), including without limitation any liability for any accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury or harm, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however and whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

REGISTRATION

To sign up as an affiliate of Styled Stock Society LLC and to use the Service as an Affiliate Partner you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.

You shall notify Styled Stock Society LLC by e-mail at [email protected] of any known or suspected unauthorized uses of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your username and password. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination and referral to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

INDEMNIFICATION

​​​You ​​agree​​ at ​​all​​ times​​ to​​ indemnify​​ and ​​hold​​ harmless​​ our​​ Company, ​​as well​ ​as​ ​any​ ​of​ ​our​ ​affiliates,​ ​agents,​ ​contractors,​ ​officers,​ ​directors,​ ​shareholders, employees,​ ​joint​ ​venture​ ​partners,​ ​successors,​ ​transferees,​ ​assignees,​ ​and​ ​licensees,​ ​as applicable,​ ​from​ ​and​ ​against​ ​any​ ​and​ ​all​ ​claims,​ ​causes​ ​of​ ​action,​ ​damages,​ ​liabilities, costs​ ​and​ ​expenses,​ ​including​ ​legal​ ​fees​ ​and​ ​expenses,​ ​arising​ ​out​ ​of​ ​or​ ​related​ ​to​ ​your participation in the Styled Stock Society affiliate program .

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​​​We​ ​will​ ​not​ ​be​ ​held​ ​responsible​ ​or​ ​liable​ ​in​ ​any​ ​way​ ​for​ ​the information,​ ​products​ ​or​ ​materials​ ​that​ ​you​ ​request​ ​or​ ​receive​ ​through​ ​or​ ​in​ ​relation​ ​to​ ​our Offering(s).​ ​We​ ​do​ ​not​ ​assume​ ​liability​ ​for​ ​any​ ​third​ ​party​ ​conduct,​ ​accidents,​ ​delays,​ ​harm or​ ​other​ ​detrimental​ ​or​ ​negative​ ​outcomes​ ​as​ ​a​ ​result​ ​of​ ​Your​ ​access​ ​of​ ​our​ ​Offering(s) and​ ​related​ ​material(s).
